My name is Lauren White and Be Mindful Gryphons is my Senior Independent Study. MY SIS is intended to explore the topic of mindfulness and to share my findings with the St. George's community. My hope is that this information, along with the mindfulness exercises I include, will help us have less stressful lives and allow us to appreciate the beauty of living in the present.
